Built a comprehensive library of 25 hours of customised functional eLearning courses covering credit, compliance, and product knowledge – deployed through the bank's internal LMS to thousands of employees across multiple states.
Developed a fully interactive simulation of the client's Loan Management System for a prominent housing finance company – enabling their entire internal team and external vendors to practise their part in the complete loan origination workflow, from application entry to disbursement, in a risk-free digital environment.
