Manish Tripathy

Co-Founder & Chief Learning Strategist

Manish leads FinThots' Training & Functional Division. An IIM Calcutta alumnus, he brings over 26 years of banking and consulting experience across State Bank Group, Punjab National Bank, and Axis Bank. His expertise spans the complete credit lifecycle, risk management, and early warning systems.

He has personally trained more than 25,000 banking professionals across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Middle East, building learning around real banking situations rather than textbook scenarios.

Sangeeta Das

Co-Founder & Head – Digital Learning

Sangeeta leads FinThots' Digital Learning Division, combining HR expertise, financial acumen, and a strong understanding of design. A Goa Institute of Management alumna, she began her career in Kotak Mahindra Bank's Corporate HR division.

She has spearheaded more than 200 hours of high-quality eLearning content used to train over 100,000 BFSI professionals across multiple geographies.
